I had my son in may of 2022. Prior to that I never had any menstrual pains, and nothing out of the norm except for extremely heavy bleeding. I have always gone through a super tampon in less than an hour. After my son, I started getting cramps with my periods and I assumed it was normal because duh I just completely changed my uterus for nine months. Well now about 6-7 months ago every time I have my period, it increasingly becomes worse. So bad that I got over my fear of someone peering into my hole and went for an ultrasound at my ob. My ultrasound came back clean for both my ovaries and my uterus. The only abnormal thing is that I have a slightly tilted back uterus. That was about two months ago and I was also prescribed naproxen.
Fast foward to today and I can hardly move. I feel like everything near my uterus is twisting and trying to snap. I just tried to pee and I couldn’t even push without feeling like I was going to push my uterus out and I was cramping SO BAD trying to pee. I keep having to hold my breath trying to get through the worst cramps. What do I do? What is happening?

You need to go to the hospital…?
I hope things get better soon but this is not normal or healthy. Peeing should not be uncomfortable during menstruation
