At how many weeks did your little ones hit the 4 months sleep regression?
My little girl has just started sleeping 6.30pm-7am waking for 1 feed at 4 and I’m so happy with how she’s been doing! Just wondering when we can expect so see a regression😬 she’s 16 weeks tomorrow but not officially 4 months until 16th September!

15 weeks so just last week and took me by suprise by being early. I've mentioned it to a few friends and they didn't seem to get it (but probably did further down the line).
Mine isn't taking milk at all through the night and before this would have one. One night I just did my routine and offer him milk (as he seemed to cry for it) and boy did he have a meltdown when I offered it to him x

15 weeks, waking up every couple of hours 😴 struggling during the day as well. But he's basically sussed rolling and he's got a new shrieking noise 😂 so hopefully it'll be over soon now that he will be 17 weeks on Saturday!

Not everyone experiences it btw!

Wondering this too as my boy hasn’t hit it and he’ll be 4 months on the 11th! He’s only recently started sleeping from 9/9.30 until around 4.30 so we’re getting a good stretch of sleep in but I know some babies may not even go through the regression stage

Another bad night of it, up every hour from 11 until around 4. Only rocking helped after this but he'd just had a bottle so slightly knocked out. Tactics that people have suggested don't appear to be working :( x

14 weeks and 4 days ... hit him like a truck 😭
