Sorry to hear this! Ignore if you’ve tried it already, but I think forward leaning inversions worked for me these last couple of weeks! (Check out demos on YouTube). I’d had a scan at 36 weeks and they confirmed was baby breech. Whereas baby been head down a few days before. I could tell when the little one’s bum vs the head was in my ribs, so there was lots of switching around.
Tbh I felt silly doing the exercise a few times a day, but it worked and we’re just shy of 39 weeks now and defo head down. All the best mumma!

My friend swore by Moxibustion, maybe worth a bash!

My daughter was breech whole pregnancy, declined EVC and was booked in for section at 39 weeks, got to hospital day of section all gowned up and they felt bump and thought baby had turned! They got a scanner and confirmed she was now head down! It can happen! Send home and went into labour naturally at 41 weeks x
I’ve tried ‘Spinning Babies’ technique blood pressure was elevated and I was light headed so not trying that again. I also do acupuncture and moxi

Bouncing on a birth ball. Always trying to be upright and forward. Deep squats.
If vaginal delivery matters to you, you can always aim for breech delivery. I personally would but that obviously depends on you and baby's exact position, supportive medical team and risks and benefits ❤️❤️🙌🏼
safety matters more so I’m going c-section
