I keep picking up nappies every time I do a food shop but I don’t know how many packs is too many or when I stop buying size 1 and start buying size 2

I personally bought 2 packs of size 1 and 2 packs of size 2, otherwise if you keep buying nappies you’re going to have a lot go to waste once baby moves up sizes

Probably partly depends on pack size! I've bought two different brands of the size 1. Was told they'd use about 10 per day so I bought quite a few 24 packs because they weren't overly expensive and itd get me through a week or so!

The other thing to remember is that shops will still be open, it's good to have a stock in but you don't need to go overboard as you may end up wasting lots. I'm getting a few packs in initially and then will pick some up as and when. When people come to visit they'll always say is there anything we can bring so I'll have things to say yes to!

I’d be careful too as my first baby was allergic to a couple of the ones we bought! I wouldn’t go overboard just incase x

I have loads of nappies as was told can be 10+ nappies a day😅! Rather too much than too little. Anything I don't use I'll pass on to someone else x

Yeah you will go through nappies like no tomorrow! Stock up but also don’t stock up too much on the early sizes 0-1-2 there’s very little difference compared to the 3-4-5 sizes and baby will put on weight fast first few weeks/months. Stock up on wipes those you will really go through too. So yes stock up, but get various sizes, various brands from your locals (you may find one better than the other) and stock up on wipes too x
