Just for fun 🤪

What’s everyone’s least favourite pregnancy issue …

Mines a tie between heartburn and leg cramps 🤣😩 although if these leg cramps become as regular as the heart burn then that wins 🤣

Heartburn... 😵

Avatar

Bowel movements. I either don't go for 3 days or I'm on the toilet several times a day, there is no happy medium 🙈

Rib pain at night 😫 I’m up every hour on the hour due to the pain!

Avatar

Baby sits on my bladder when I try to walk and it's very uncomfy and makes me feel like I'm going to pee myself, not very fun!

Avatar

Hahaha these are all so relatable 🤣

Avatar

this is also a top contender, my lovely boy likes to lay head down in my pelvis and I have to walk like I’ve pooped myself 🤣😅

Avatar

Mines the pelvic girdle pain, have me walking like a big old penguin 🐧 🤣

Feeling like I've been kicked in the foof. It's so puffy 😫

HANDS DOWN, it’s the food aversions (still, at 28 weeks) and the horrible taste in my mouth. I have to brush my teeth after EVERYTHING I eat or else I feel sick. To the point I can’t eat a lot of foods I usually love because the smell and taste they leave in my mouth just isn’t worth it 🤢

Avatar

I can cope with feeling meh but the fatigue stops me doing so much 🥺 I always want to nap!

Avatar

Any advice for the leg cramps please do share!! 🥲

Avatar

Insomnia and heartburn !

Avatar

Heartburn and hip pain😩

Avatar

Heartburn and most recently the very strict diet due to to gestational diabetes 🙄 oh and all the needles (blood thinners/finger pricks/insulin)

Avatar

ahh so glad someone else has said this, I’ve suffered with the horrible taste in my mouth through both pregnancies but no one I speak to seems to get it as bad as I have!

Avatar

The tiredness! Makes everything feel so difficult

Avatar

Increased boob sweat from where they now rest more on my bump! Also the mood swings I get are wild sometimes, yesterday I fully on sobbed because a parcel wasn't delivered

Avatar

Rib ache/pain. It's awful as literally nothing can be done to stop it 😒

Avatar

I had it with my first too! The whole way through, it’s almost unbearable 😂

oh my god, I thought I was the only one!!!🤣

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭

When to prepare?

I’m 34w1d with my second baby. Today at my midwife appointment she said baby is 2/5 engaged, I’ve packed my hospital bags but unsure when to start building baby’s crib. Installing car seat ect. When is everyone else doing these things?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?
