Girl names that can be shortened to nell or Nelly

I lost someone very close to me called Nelly and I would absolutely love to call my child that but I don't want them to get bullied for being named after an elephant. I'm trying to think of names that can be shorted to nell instead.

Really like Eleanor but would like a few more to think about

My name is Chanel and get called Nel

Fenella

I think Nell or Nelle is lovely on its own. Or you could always use as a middle name if you’re not sure.
Helena or Noelle are other options

I do like “Nell” all by itself.

As someone who’s called Nell I love my name! I’m named after my great grandmother who I never got to meet whose name was Nelly. People are always surprised when they ask if it’s short for anything and I say no however I’m named after a Nelly. I could just be biased 🤣x

Love Nell! Penelope or Chanel

I use to know a girl called Petronella which I shortened to Nell.
But I also think Nelle is a cool stand alone name (always liked it since watching Ally McBeal back in the day)

i love Arianell as a full name for Nell! it's a Welsh name which means "silver".

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Has anyone ever had pain in the bone at the bottom of the lady area?

How I can only describe it is I feel like I have a fracture or the bone is broken right at the bottom of my vagina bone obviously don’t think it’s to the extent but that’s how it feels. I had it in my last pregnancy and the pain went few months postpartum now it’s back again with this pregnancy. These are the results that u e googled I think I may have the first one has anyone every had this or something similar

Growth scan

So had my 28 week midwife appointment- all good but after measuring bump- I’m now waiting on a scan within a few days as bump is measuring small I’m not worried as I am guessing a tape measure is hardly accurate but
For anyone who has been in a similar position- what was the outcome after the scan? Was the baby on the smaller side ?
Was baby measuring normal?
