Advice as there is mixed opinions online about putting a baby under 6 months old in the sit up part of them pram. My baby keeps trying to sit herself up and push herself forward when in her car seat or trying to roll in her carrier cot pram - I am hoping to trial the sit up part of the pram/stroller as I know she already sits comfortably in her high chair which is a similar set up (her high chair is a from birth one) - has anyone else done this earlier than 6 months? I do have a few friends that have done this and are around the same age as my baby I am just looking for a wider variety of opinions 😊 TIA!

I put my daughter in the chair facing me at 4 months as she had strong head control but kept her laying flat or the next one from it until she was 6 months, although she wasn't sitting unaided until 7 months. Xx

I must add I did sit her up for short periods at 4 months as she was pulling to sit but did it in short bursts as she'd slip to one side and I'd lay her down to rest and when ready she'd try to pull herself back up in the pram or push with her elbows behind her. X

My lb went in his from 4months. He was far too nosey for the bassinet. He stayed lying flat or at a slight incline, only once I knew he had proper core control (sitting unaided) did I then put him more upright. He sat unaided from 5months for reference. X

The seat has like 3-4 recline options so just recline them up a lil but not fully up. So one up from flat laying position.
