Pregnacare max causing diarrhoea

Since I found out I was pregnant I have been taking pregnacare plus and it has been totally fine. It recently finished and when I went to repurchase they only had pregnacare max so I got that instead.

I’ve noticed over the past 4 days since I started taking it, I’ve been having terrible diarrhoea and my bowels seem soooo irritated (going to the bathroom 4 times per day 🥲)

This is a little TMI, but this morning when I used the toilet I looked into the toilet bow l and the 💩 was a dark green colour (same colour as the pregnacare max tablet 👀).

Has anyone else experienced diarrhoea when taking pregnacare max or am I bugging? I think I’m going to switch back to plus OR does anyone have any other recommendations???

Pregnacare causes my morning sickness and upset my tummy so I stopped it!
I used Terra Nova Prenatal Multivitamins instead. The vitamins aren’t sourced artificially it all comes from food, so very easily digested and absorbed and it’s a capsule rather than a tablet. Baby is 11 weeks and I’m still taking them!🤣 they’re really good, I had bald patches in my hair from the start of pregnancy and these helped it come back!

I knew I wasn’t going crazy 😂😂😂

Omg same happened to me! Pregnacare max upset my tummy SO bad but i then switched to pregnacare original and it’s fine now!

Small head reported following 20 week scan

Has anyone else had it flagged that their baby is in the bottom 5th percentile for head size?

They said everything was fine whilst we were in the scan and then I got a phone call the next day saying that it’s on the small side and we’re being referred to a paediatric specialist at St George’s. Has anyone else had this and how did things go??

Would you bring 9 week old to a family party of 35+ people?

These are also people who will want to pass the baby around and get a turn to hold him. He just got his 2 month shots two days ago

Exercise 6 weeks after c section

What movement did people start to introduce? I won’t do anything too vigorous until I’ve seen the pelvic physio as I don’t want to compromise anything that may have been extremely weakened through pregnancy! But just wondering what types of classes/movement people started off with?

Is this normal??

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and having really aching legs and they’re all lumpy and swollen. Above the knee and behind the knee . Should I be worried ? My legs have never looked like this up until a few days ago. ??
