My daughter is about to be 13 months. I was using up the rest of the infant formula that I had left, but it is almost finished. I have been giving her milk, but not exclusively.
Should I be giving her toddler formula or just start giving her whole milk? I’ve read that there is really no need to give them toddler formula as milk and a balanced diet will provide them with all of the nutrients that they need.

Since she’s 13 months old,she should be on whole milk and 2-3 meals and 2 snacks a day . If she doesn’t like the whole milk you can try giving her yogurt and cheese instead. That’s what my paediatrician recommended .

Agreed. Apparently they don't need formula at all after 12 months, my doctor says 16 oz a day and that includes all other dairy as well so I usually give my 13 month old 3-4 oz at a time
