Yes! I did 6 months with no coffee but 3rd trimester has been hard on me and I’m drinking almost every day. I do feel a bit guilty.

I don’t drink coffee but I do have energy drinks every once in a while and earlier in pregnancy several days a week my OB was fiiiine with it. Like completely so I personally don’t feel guilty. Plus I get migraines which caffeine helps with.

Nope! Just decreased the amount a little

Guilty AF I drink coffee atleast 5 days out of the week but my cup is barely 1/4 full and most of the time I don’t finish it so being that the intake is so small I don’t worry. I also drink plenty of water in between , before during after. I’ve tried to quit completely but I guess I’m an addict lol

Nope! I drink 1/2 decaf

I drink a small two ounce cup a morning and my ob said it was totally fine. I quit for three weeks when I first found out but I was WAY too tired, coffee is what kept me going this entire pregnancy. At first I felt bad but after my ob said it was ok, I don’t anymore. I think it’s the amount you drink, not that you drink it. 😊

I drink a cup of coffee everyday. It's okay to have 200 mg of caffeine a day 😊

I drink coffee everyday, 200mg a day is safe for your baby, don’t worry. There’s a book called “Expecting Better” where they bring the studies about a lot of things during pregnancy, and coffee is one of them. If you can ready, it would give you a peace of mind

I switched to 3/4 decaf and it made me feel better and it’s just 1/4 caffeinated

Expecting Better was my first pregnancy book, and definitely my favorite. The caffeine bit was really well done

that’s nice! I’m glad my Sil gave me this book. As a first time mom it helped me so much to take my own decisions despite all the misinformation people tells you all the time when you’re pregnant! 😍

No. You can have to to 200 mg of caffeine

interesting! What brand is that?

Starbucks
