My answer changed after what you said in the comments. People can’t help their circumstances but taking the room for yourself while the kids sleep on basic card board is messed up. What if somebody broke in , fire etc. unsafe and selfish. I have a 1 year old and a 1 bed and best believe I gave her the bedroom and set it up all cute with all her stuff and I took the dining room. I can’t imagine 6.

People used to have big families in tiny farmhouses. There is a way to do it and make it work. It sounds like this family isn’t doing it in a good way.

Yeah, if they had put the kids in the bedroom with two bunk beds and they had the living room with their bed and baby, it might be okay because life is expensive but all the kids on the floor with foam mats that aren't supposed to be beds is terrible. They could have bought all the kids a Japanese rollout bed for the cost of the PS5 too if they couldn't afford a bunk bed yet.

I’ve seen the TikTok she doesn’t have 6 kids they’re a family of 6 about to be 7 so they currently have 4 kids in a one bedroom apartment.

Being completely honest it’s none of our business those children look fed, clean and happy. Hopefully the family will be able to afford a more spacious accommodation in the near future

IMO, having 6 in a 1br after you have them is one thing. Like we’ll stay here till we get back on our feet. I would 100% give them the room where they wouldn’t be by the front door. Yet, having more while living like that is incredibly selfish. She said being here for so long we have to rearrange to give them privacy. I would assume she had one and is pregnant again whilst living there. That’s selfish.. having them sleep by the door while you get the room to yourself is dangerous and I would never. I would rather have my kids in the room so if anyone broke it they would find me first over my children. 😮‍💨 not to mention many laws and apartment rules say 3 adults or 2 adults 1 child per bedroom…

I think that the kids should at least be in the one bedroom for safety reasons. I also think that posting kids is weird especially in this scenario. They don’t even have proper mattresses it would seem??

I don’t think that people need large homes but kids need to have beds not right by the front door at least. I wouldn’t sleep on my bed if my babies would have to be on just the floor.

I keep watching stuff about it and coming to this post so forgive me lol this will be my last comment. Call me a bitch, I am a married woman but I could never love a man enough to tell the world that he’s doing his best and has potential while in this situation. I can put up with a lot but I’m not putting up with that.

they got cats too. The babies are sleeping out next to the cat shit while they got a tv, a nice big bed and a ps5 but they don’t want people talking about them negatively….

Goodness I forgot about the cats. Yeah let’s have more mouths to feed, when we can’t house the ones we have properly… I know a tv and ps5 isn’t going to give you enough to get a better place, but if my kids go without I will too.

I didn't realize before, but I guess who of the kids have a bed while two sleep on a mat on the floor.

Oh WHAT NOW!!!! speaking from experience, I'm currently in a one bedroom and we just had our second baby a month ago...This. is. Not. Okay. we coslept with our toddler even though he has his own bed in our room, but always woke up and snuck into bed with us. He will only sleep in our bed. So i get home from the hospital PP and literally HAD NOWHERE to sleep with the newborn. Baby has his bassinet that i can move around the apartment, so i was sleeping on the couch (which hurt my neck and back so bad i had to see a doctor) and baby in the living room with me. If i turn the kitchen sink on, it wakes him up. Its a NIGHTMARE 😂 we're moving to a 2 bdrm bigass apartment ground floor in a week and i CANNOT be more eager to get out of here. 6 KIDS! NAH!😳😳😳
