I’ve always suffered with migraines and I can usually manage them ibuprofen, paracetamol doesn’t really make a difference, is there anything else I can try now that I can’t use ibuprofen? Really struggling this week😭

Thanks for this I suffer from them as well

Definitely see an experienced chiropractor (make sure he knows how to work with pregnancy) and talk to your dr about it too. I take an anti epileptic medication that works like a dream

Excedrin is the only otc pain killer that works for me. It doesn’t work all the time for me, but sometimes I gotta pair it with a cold compress or facial massage, etc.

not to scare you but check with your obgyn, a headache that doesn’t go away with meds or water could be a sign of preeclampsia! i had a migraine for 2 months straight and had to be induced because it was an underlying symptom of my preeclampsia

Soak your feet in hot water. Your blood vessels will widen bringing more blood flow through your body vs the overwhelming pressure on your brain.
