Heavy handed boy

Anyone else’s toddler love to smash and break things just for fun? I’m aware this could be normal for boy mums, but oh my god it feels like I live with a hooligan.

Yesss!! My now 3 year old was like this, he's 3 and a half now and is only just getting out of it. I think it's just his energy levels, he's so high spirited it's ridiculous. My little girl is my Feb 23 baby and she's the absolute opposite, so gentle and caring! X

My little girl is and has always been like this 🤣 she’s very energetic so I think it’s just a way of getting energy out. Constantly redirecting her to her toy drum to whack instead of everything else!

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

How many words

Just a quick gauge of how many words your little ones are saying at this age. I heard by 15 months it should be 5 words, are most around this mark ?
