12 Week Scan
We had our 12w scan last Friday!
The whole process was so fast 😂 we’ve decided we’re not going to find out the gender and keep it a surprise. Not that they could have told us yet but still.
Our due date has changed to 6th May, so not so different to my original EDD 9th May.
We opted to go for all of the screening, so I had bloods taken after the scan. Should receive a letter in a week or so now

Congratulations! Glad everything went good. My EDD was the 9th but it has changed to the 6th, how strange😂x
Congratulations! Mine was originally the 6th and changed to the 9th 😂😂 I think we’re going to keep the gender a surprise too, but wondering if I’ll feel differently when the 20 week scan comes around 😅
Can you tell me what the 12 week scan appointment entailed? I am a little nervous; mine is tomorrow! X
Congratulations! My due date is the 7th. I had my 12 week scan today, the Sonographer was lovely she first started by taking a look at baby and checking for a heartbeat and then they do all their usual measurements for the EDD and checking for any abnormalities, all in all I think we were in there for about 20 minutes. I also had bloods done afterwards but it was far less than they took at my booking in appointment. Have you had any private scans or is this your first?x
