Here's what I put in mine
-plastic box of snack bars and fruit to go to keep glucose up
-warm baby outfit
-baby socks
-baby hat
-hand sanitizer
-beef jerky for husband
-pregnancy underwear for bleeding
-extra underwear
-plastic bags
-baby wipes

very helpful! Did not consider some of these. I was originally just thinking of the baby and no items for myself.

Posting a list that I prepared for my pregnant friend in India. Hoping it helps.

Mom:
A big bottle of water 2L, you have to sip on fluids
Favourite snacks
Adult diapers (life saver)
Thick maternity pads
Loose Gowns 2/3 with front open, buttons or zipper for ease of popping your boobie out
Night suit if you prefer but the loosest elastic possible, just incase of C section stitches
Underwear
Nursing bra/bras
Towel and toiletries (whatever you prefer) donot ignore shampoo, your scalp will be sweaty and itchy
Lip balm is a must or at least vaseline (lips will become desert dry)
Hair ties or hair clips to keep your hair away from your face (it's going to be Sahara hot)
Warm hoodie, you might feel cold after delivery, warm socks for the same reason.

One set of clothes you will return home in
Loose slippers/sliders. Your feet might swell up, consider the size
Please remove all rings from your fingers in your third trimester, if your fingers swell up during delivery or IV gone wrong, the rings will have to be cut. I experienced this.
Long cable for charging your phone, labour is gonna be long lady.

Baby:
Swaddles
Burp cloths
Outfits (preferably onesies and sleepsuits)
Diapers (new born size)
Diaper changing mat
Diaper barrier cream (sudocrem/ vaseline for the initial meconium poop; coconut oil works awesome too)
Receiving blanket
Cap socks and sweater to get him home, cause it's winter

Partner:
Comfortable clothes and footwear
Front open shirt/hoodie for skin to skin with baby
Phone Charger
Snacks
Camera to click click click

*Things to keep in car ready:*
Garbage bag or plastic sheets in case your water breaks any moment and it gushes out. (Hence the adult diapers)
Comfortable pillow or blanket if you need

@Neria Oh good point! I have seen a friend use those rechargeable portable fans that look like dyson. Plenty options on amazon.

@Fionika Amazon is great for fans. I will probably get one that can also attach itself to a stroller for summertime
