He has 8oz each bottle although he sometimes leaves an ounce or so. Times aren’t exactly this every day as it really depends how long he naps for but this is roughly our routine 😊 mine is technically 8 months now but our routine has been similar for a good few weeks.

7am 7oz bottle
8am breakfast
9am Nap
11am 7oz bottle
12pm Lunch
1pm Nap
3pm 7oz bottle
4pm Nap
5pm Dinner
7pm 7oz bottle and bed
That's the aim anyway he's been off the last few days needed extra naps and we've skipped dinner and done early bed

7am bottle 150mls
9am wake up, change, play
9.30/10am breakfast
Midday or before a nap lasting 30 mins to an hour if contact napping
12pm bottle 150mls
1pm lunch
2.30pm nap
4pm bottle 150mls
5/6pm dinner
7.30/8pm bottle 150mls

8 months next Tuesday
7:30am bottle
8:15 breakfast

12:00 bottle
13:00 lunch
Nap 14:15-15:45
16:00 bottle
17:30 dinner
18:50 bottle
Asleep by 19:15pm
But looking at dropping the 16:00 bottle as all a bit close together and not touching much of her evening bottle.
Always offer 11oz but since weaning starting to drop.

I’d love to know how you’re all getting 7/8pm bedtimes because my little girl will go down at 8pm sleep for an hour snd just takes it as a nap even thought we do the whole bedtime routine 😣 it’s just taken me from 9pm until 12:45pm to get her back to sleep 😩

I could be very wrong for saying this - but I canned the bedtime routine. Gave her a bath around 3:45 yesterday as we had a poonami in Sainsbury’s. Dropped the nightly bath once I bought her a toddler bath. In this house it made no difference but appreciate for some it’s crucial. Baby goes up at 7.

@Shannon how much daytime sleep is she getting? And when's the last nap? I second what @Hayley said and we don't have a bedtime routine, she's just ready for sleep by 7!

she either has 1 or 2 naps last nap around 3/4 ish but that doesn’t really make any difference x

@Shannon I roughly follow the 2/3/4 method, supposedly builds sleep pressure. Wake up, awake for 2 hours, nap, awake for 3 hours, nap, awake for 4 hours & then bedtime. Don't know if that would work for you guys, but it does for us! X

Thankyou I’ll have to try this x

8 wake
8:15 bottle
10 breakfast
11:30 nap
12:30 wake up
12:45 bottle
3 nap
4 wake up
4:15 bottle
7:30 Food
7:50 Bath
8:00 bottle
Usually asleep by 8:15

honestly same! If we put our daughter to bed early and try skip her last nap, she’ll still wake up and then not go to sleep until her chosen bed time at 9:30-10.

it’s a nightmare isn’t it! She only had one hour nap yesterday so I thought instead of another nap so close to bedtime I’d do bedtime at 8 instead of between 9/10 she was kanckered had a bath and went straight to sleep I thought winner she’ll sleep all night how wrong was I 🤣🤦🏽♀️xx

7- wake and bottle
9- breakfast
11- bottle
1- lunch
3- bottle
5- dinner
7-bottle and bed
2 Naps in between normally 10ish and 2 ish

I’ve never heard this method before
Where did you hear about this from?

There seems to be a consistent theme of an early dinner at 5pm which is interesting

@Shruti I saw a tiktok then did some research online, I don't stick to it by the minute but we're up at 630 in this house and LO is asleep again by 830/9 at the latest. Then her afternoon nap is always 2pm for about an hour, 4 hours prior to bedtime at 7pm

This!! My LO goes to sleep at 7/8. Wakes up at 9:30/10 and then doesn’t go back to sleep till around 1/2am 🤦🏻♀️ No matter what I do it’s always the same. X

it’s definitely a tough time for a lot of us I think ☹️
