Does anyone know the best postpartum belly band to pull everything back together, please?

I'm not sure they're generally recommended and haven't tried one myself. I know babygo make them and they seem to do good products.
The hospital should give you exercises to do in your discharge notes.

Apparently (I pretty much asked the same question recently and ended up doing more research when I got discouraged from getting one) they’re not recommended for a few reasons.
Main ones being
- You should let your core muscles do the hard work of recovering by themselves as when you use a band and it gives that extra support, your core barely does much and it weakens the muscles and the actual recovery takes so so much longer.
- In some cases when you’re pushing everything “in” a bit too soon and it’s loose in there, you shift the organs even more and they can move down as opposed to back inwards.
So the general recommendation is to skip this - and let your core and abdomen recover for 6 - 8 weeks on their own
And then maybe get a waist trainer to help move things along and get the extra support and get the other benefits
Yes it may mean you won’t bounce back as quickly visually but the more I read the more it made sense to be honest. 😊
