Some people say the Ocarro can be a bit heavy? Any inspirations would be grateful! Feeling a tad overwhelmed! x

I bought a Cosatto Wow 2 Everything bundle. A couple of my friends have them and raved about them.

We have the xt3 flip for our first. I needed a lightweight but sturdy pram and this fit the bill. I found the 6 month plus seat liner slips sometimes which can be annoying but find there's pros and cons to all of them. We just bought the yoyo stokke and that's been really good so far, great for travelling as well.

I had the flip xt2 with my first and will be using it again. Only downside is the basket underneath stretches and drags on the floor, so don’t overstuff it!

I got a icandy pram, things I was looking for was a pram where the seat can be folded into it when the baby goes out of the bassinet as it saves so much space. Also the bassinet / seat use the same frame so I wont need to be storing a bassinet unused for ages. I got a really good bundle on fb marketplace as it can all be washed and saved myself over £1,000. Also meant I could buy a new carseat as so many attach to icandy prams

Bugaboo donkey 5

Have a consultation in 2 weeks but liking the bugaboo fox 5 !

I have the Ocarro, used it with my first and will be using it again. We do a lot of outdoors walking and the wheels have been great! I don’t find it heavy, slightly now I’m pregnant lol but it was fine before. Also we had an issue with it where the seat attachment snapped, we took it in and they sent it off to get the entire seat replaced and in the meantime gave us a loan pram so really good customer service!

If I could go back I would go for a bugaboo donkey 5! The fact it can be one or two seats is so convenient especially if you look to have another baby in the next few years, I didn’t think that far ahead and now trying to get my 2 1/2 year old walking ASAP 🙃

We've ordered the Ocarro as it seemed the right one for us. It might not be the lightest but great for walks and outdoors. All seemed really easy to use and we were impressed by it but I would definitely recommend having a look at them and trying them out to see if it's right for you.

We had a Cybex Priam with our first and obviously keeping it for our second. Really good quality and couldn’t recommend enough, it is big though!

I looked at loads last weekend with a sales rep at John Lewis. We were set on the Bugaboo Fox 5 going in but are now seriously considering the Dragonfly. I’m really small (and apparently weak lol) and lots of the prams were too much/heavy for me to single handedly fold down and lift.
Things to consider when buying; ease of use (how does it feel to drive, does it have a one-hand fold, are there multiple parts, can you handle it alone with baby, will you be able to easily get around your local area), weight (so many are heavy), size (will it fit in your car/on public transport/in your house) longevity (can you travel with it, can it double up for more children, will it become redundant in 6 months time). Oh and cost!! You can always buy travel systems secondhand/refurbed once you know what you want.
There’s no “right answer” and you will inevitably have to compromise somewhere. You just have to decide what’s most important to you! It’s a lot 🫠
