gas and constipation

Hi everyone, my baby is six weeks old, and she’s been really fussy last few days (i had a problem with this about 2 weeks lasted a days and got better but seems to be happening again). I think it might be gas or constipation, but I’m not sure if it could be related to my diet or something else. She’s also been spitting up—almost like it’s throw-up. I’ve been giving her 3 ounces per feeding, and she was doing great with that for about a week and a half. Now, it seems like she’s gulping it down quickly and spitting up about 0.5 ounces about 30 minutes later.

When she’s eating, she fusses a lot and throws herself back like she’s in pain or having a hard time swallowing, which makes me think the constipation or gas might be bothering her while she’s feeding. I’m trying a few things to help, like stopping to burp her after every ounce, using a heated stomach wrap, giving her gripe water, and doing daily stomach and back massages to help get the gas moving.

I’ve also decided to stop eating dairy, eggs, and beans for now since I think those might be contributing to the problem. Does anyone have any advice or tips to help her feel better? I’d really appreciate it!

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
