Everyone talks about the 4 month sleep regression but I feel like I’ve permanently been in it. Since day 1 my LG has woken for a feed every 2 hours ish. Last night it was every 1.5 hours. Anyone else struggling to get even a 4 hour stretch of sleep?

Do they drink the whole bottle every single time or just a few ounces x

Hi, my boy is EBF and still wakes every 2 hours, he is just over 4 months old now. We had a short period of better sleep but been in a regression ever since.

Yes! We are the same, she's never slept great but like Heidi said we had about a week where it got better then it just got awful again 😭 also breastfeeding with occasional bottle of expressed milk, feel like it's never going to get better and not sure what else to try, other than sleep training which I'm dreading

It’s so nice to know I’m not alone either!! Little man is 4months too & still thinks it’s party time at night, we get between 2/3 hours feeding. 🙈

Mine is the same. She is exclusively breastfed and I've literally had one and only one 5 hour stretch and that was last week when she had her vaccine 🥲 (she is 4 months and 10 days old)
Other than that, she never slept more than 2 hours in a row.

Yes we're v similar! Had a short stretch of 3-4 hour sleeps when she was about 4-6 weeks old; but now wakes every 2-3 hours at night. My first was the same and if I'm honest lasted until she was about 12 months 😬 then things started to improve massively and she's slept through the night since about 18 months. We never sleep trained just sort of rode it out...

🙌🙌🙌 this is us!! so jealous of all the mums posting their babies sleeping through the night. i seriously question whether i am just doing something wrong as 3hours is the longest we have had sometimes it’s only 30minutes 🥺

Thank you mamas, this has made me feel so much better!

she is combi fed but only breastfed through the night. She feeds for around 15 minutes but sometimes up to 25mins
