Coconut or baby oil, it will loosen the cradle cap and you can comb it or take a soft bristle brush

I used dentinox and I feel like it was so bad for my daughters hair. Very drying and just weird so I stuck to my normal shampoo and used coconut oil and it just disappeared after a while

Mustela do a cradle cap shampoo that you can buy on amazon for £10 worked great for us!

With my daughter I used normal baby shampoo then a baby comb to comb it out worked a treat for me xx

I used olive oil 🤷🏻‍♀️ and a comb in the bath after

I done a test patch with the dentinox shampoo on my baby and she ended up reacting to it so I just stuck normal shampoo, a wash cloth and comb and that’s helped a lot x

I used mustella: wash, cradle cap cream and face cream. Worked wonders. Now I use baby magic and coconut oil

Avatar

I just used the baby shampoo (Dove Sensitive) and the baby comb. It lighten up but still redness and inflamed so my doctor prescribed a cream for it.

Avatar

We just washed it with a bar of soap and gave it a gentle scrub with his soft baby brush. Took less than a week to go!

Avatar

I used the Frida thing and it all came off

Avatar

Another vote for the Frida baby kit

Avatar

I have gotten the Frida cradle cap brush for both my kiddos and it worked wonders on getting it off. It also come with a little comb to that also helps

Avatar

I used olive oil. I used a lot and massaged it in. Let it sit for 30 mins then washed it out and voila...

Avatar

I used Colief Baby Oil; left for a couple of minutes then combed out.

Avatar

I used baby oil on a cotton pad and massaged their head with it and then brushed it out in the bath

Avatar

The Frida cradle cap set worked WONDERS. Used it 2 times and it never came back and my baby had it bad bad

Avatar

Aquaphor shampoo & Frida cradle cap brush was the best thing for my son

Avatar

Massage with baby oil, run a comb through & wash 🥰

Avatar

Do you BF? I use my breastmilk, works a treat! Wipe that over babies head, then wash off with warm water and cotton wool (if it hasn’t fully soaked in an hour later)

Avatar

I used bee nature cradle cap treatment shampoo. Went straightaway and hasn’t come back. Brush it in. Leave it for like 2-3 mins and brush it out and it’s all gone xx

Avatar

I used the frida baby soft brittle brush and comb.

Avatar

Coconut oil. Put it on, wait a half hour, use a cradle cap brush and it comes off easy. Put after each bath to prevent it from coming back.

Avatar

I used the cradle cap brush and comb set and baby oil and went to town on his head lol

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
