Hi! Has anyone got any tips for helping siatica pain during pregnancy? I had it with my first pregnancy but it's much worse with my second. I am taking regular warm baths, using hot water bottles and going to yoga classes/stretching as often as i can. It's really starting to impact day to day life and struggling to pick up my toddler đ˘đ˘

Chiropractor, I swear by chiropractic care. I went from 9 weeks pregnant to beyond. History of sciatica as well as TMJ. Took a few sessions, once it was treated I went to PT to learn some stretches and saw chiro every 2 weeks until I delivered.

I could have written this myself. My friend who is a pilates instructor sent me a couple of videos on how to relieve it using a technique called âflossingâ (look it up on youtube). I also find rolling a tennis ball over my lower back/ bum helps a lot. Belly breathing massively helps me too!

I second a chiropractor, it was a life saver during that third trimester but starting earlier the better! X
