How long will I still have morning sickness after miscarriage

I’m supposed to be about 9 weeks and 6 days but I was told my baby’s heart stopped beating and stopped growing at 8 weeks and 5 days and I still have the fetus in me I gotta go take a pill to be able to pass it which I’m getting today but I still have all the symptoms and severe morning sickness still, with my last miscarriage I never got this far to have morning sickness and the baby passed through on it’s own
