👋🏻 I did manage to get her to settle in hospital but it's our first night at home and I've given up trying to put her down 🥹
Also our first night at home, he managed about an hour at the start of the night and absolutely no chance since 😭

Hopefully just them settling in 🤞🏻

I spent 5 weeks with my first getting no sleep, trying to get him down and he never did, we ended up co sleeping /bed sharing until he was at least 7 months 😅
My second actually settles in her next to me sometimes 😮 but she definitely prefers sleeping on my chest. I'm hoping the more I put her in the crib, she gets used to it and wants to stay in there 🤞🏻😄

Yes this is normal 😭just imagine they were inside you for 9 months they don’t wanna be far from you. Currently our first night home too and she has only lasted about 30 mins in the cot!

We had this issue and still struggling slightly but in the end got a Moses basket it and it’s been a god send! It’s much smaller so prefers it than his next to me
I’m considering taking the Moses basket from downstairs, upstairs tonight x

At night & in the the day. Honestly at a complete loss

my girl is 5 days old and will sleep consistently in the day with her moses basket but soon as it’s time for bed, she won’t settle in the next to me so been trying to sleep on my chest, i am gonna try the moses basket upstairs x
Me too girly 😭
How are you getting on now?
