What's babies routine like during the day, how many naps and how long does naps last?

@Becky no idea! He's only 3 months. We don't have a schedule!

@Jessica do you feel like he sleeps alot during the day? If so this may be effecting night time sleep. I know he's only 3 months, but they can still have some sort of schedule at this age

@Becky not excessively. Do you wake baby?

@Jessica I don't wake mine but I don't need to as he's in a routine, and he wakes himself up, he tends to have around 4 naps a day his morning nap usually lasts around an hour, awake for roughly 1.5 hours then he will have another 1 hours nap then in an afternoon he will usually have a longer stretch around 2-3 hours, then awake for roughly 2 hours after his long stretch then he will have another hour or so before his wake window before bedtime. I don't have a strict routine as it can differ from day to day but I'd say mine gets around 5 hours of day time sleep then he sleeps a good 8-9 hour stretch on the night

@Mel thank you, its nothing that I've really done, though, apart from looking out for his tired cues and then getting him down for a nap. Then, with bedtime, I just make sure that I stick to the same routine, taking him up around 8pm changing him and giving him a bottle then lay him down for bedtime and he sleeps through, he can wake a little through the night but I just put my hand on his chest and pat or put his dummy in and he goes back to sleep, he hasn't woken for a night feed for a long time now, my first baby was different and would still wake for night feeds until around 4 months old

Also, another question is, if you're bottle feeding, how many oz are they having, and how many bottles per day? I think that my LO also sleeps well or it helps because he's full, he's on x5 7oz bottles

We've had this since 4 months (he's now 6 months), his sleep has been getting 'better' in that lately he'll 'only' wake up every 2 hours but I can see it's slowly moving in the right direction so I cling to that!
