Hello, I've had 3 by c section, having been through it twice before it was much easier to deal with the third time. I found it helped to wear something that helped stabilise your core made it a lot less uncomfortable.

Three sections here - one emergency and two planned. Third one went well. No problems after, in fact I think I probably had a better recovery than with my first two.

did you have different doctors each time? My first two were the same doctor and she did great but now she’s not available for the the surgery this time and I am so nervous about a new doctor.

@Mariana I had a different doctor for the third one. Not sure who I had the for the first two, but know they were different to this time around.

do you feel like each doctor does a “different job?” I am really happy with results / exterior scar / no belly over hang stitch / glue, not staples from my first two but not sure if everyone will perform the surgery with the same style and if the results based on surgery practice will be different.

My first felt different and took longer to feel fully recovered. I don't know, though, if this was because it was a different doctor or because it was an emergency section.

my first was emergency and my second not and I feel the same way. Was the third the easiest?

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Invited to a chuckie cheese party but I don't have money and don't want to tell my daughter that's why we can't go. Does anyone know how their parties work?

I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
