How many naps are your little ones taking and what their sleep schedule/daily routine is like??
We just switched over to one nap a day from 1-3 but he’s having a harder time at night so I’m debating on switching him back to two naps at 10 & 3.
His bedtime is usually around 9PM and he wakes up around 7/7:30AM.

Maybe try moving his bedtime up? Mine naps twice usually for an hour although she’s been fighting her second nap and won’t always take it but she’s in bed by 730/8 and will get up anywhere between 7/8 in the morning

My girl's varies a bit but generally wake up 7-7:30, take a nap around 12:30/1 for around 2 hours, then falls asleep around 8:30. We bedshare so she probably wakes up more frequently at night anyways but lately it's been a lot and I think it's due to teething (in case that might be your situation as well)

We struggle over here.. I have my 5yo who no longer wants naps but is super cranky by dinner if she doesn't. My almost 3yo who MUST nap from 12:30-3:30 at least or everyone regrets it.. then little guy who still should nap at 11 and 3:30 but has been trying to transition to one nap and also can't hang by the time dinner is served because he's so dang cranky.. basically it's awful at my house lately 🤣

Well I’m lucky if mine takes any naps during the day… At daycare she’ll take 1 nap when the other kids do, but at home on weekends she just powers on through (or naps for literally ten mins post-boob)… and STILL fights bed time. I don’t know how she does it… it’s a constant adventure…

Our LO started taking 1 nap a day around 10 months. She’s up between 7:30-8:30, naps around 1:00-3:00 and back to bed between 8:30-9:30p.
We just make sure when she’s away to keep her active and constantly doing something so she sleeps good! I honestly have no downtime and started tracking the steps I take just inside our house and I’m doing 3-4 miles a day just playing with our LO
