I know it’s silly, but took over 6years to conceive are second, he’s currently 5 weeks
But we’re actively trying again as we would like a smaller age gap
I have pcos , so taking the opportunity with my body being highly fertile
When’s best to do a test

Have you had your first period yet? Or when did you stop bleeding. They say around 3 weeks pp is when you’re most fertile I’m sure! But obviously still super high after having a baby in general. Everything will be all over the place so there’s no way of knowing if you’ve ovulated yet or what’s going on tbh. Personally I’d probably just buy a big box of early detection tests and do one once a week if you’ve not had a period yet. If you’ve had a period then I would wait around the 4 week mark since your period started to take a test and go from there x
haven’t had a period yet and bleeding stopped at 2 1/2 weeks x

I’d say totally personal preference as to when you take a test then. It’s hard to say cause your bodies all over the place atm x

Have you deffo thought it through? Maybe give it another few weeks at least, your body won't have even begun to heal yet, let alone the emotional side 🫣. A few weeks won't make much difference to you TTC journey but it'll have a big difference on your mental and physical health, also there are increased risks to you and baby if the gap is too small and increased risk of miscarriage 🤕. I have an 18 month age gap between my two and tbh I found the second pregnancy really tough and struggled a lot, can't imagine an age gap of just 9 or 10 months 🫣. Of course it's your body, your choice but I just worry you haven't come out of the newborn trenches yet so maybe aren't thinking clearly yet 🥲. But if you are certain this is what you want then best of luck 💝
