Formula fed amounts

My 8 week old is having 6 oz every 2 hours if he’s awake (sometimes 5oz) but the only way he will go longer than 2 hours is if he’s napping. He is also still waking once or twice a night. Does anyone else have a big baby that is feeding the same? His naps are also all over the place sometimes he barely naps in the day, sometimes he will have a 3hr+ nap. TIA.

My little boy is 8 weeks and has 6oz every 3-4 hrs. He is hit and miss with naps during the day and nighttime he also wakes up once or twice for food. Usually 2/3 and 5/6. I think we have hungry babies! Xxx

my boy is very similar. he is doing at least 5 6oz bottles in as well as a feed on each boob first thing. i was worried about over feeding him but both dr and HV said as long as he’s not spitting it back up then he was probably hungry and not worry. i’ve also been told boys are often hungrier than girls but i don’t know if there is any science behind that.

My girl is having 6.5oz every roughly 3 hours and wakes up once I the night for a bottle. She too can hardly nap some days, but others she will be snoozing non stop all day! X

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Don’t want to leave my first born😭😭😭

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

Sleeping

Hi all!
I need some advice my son is 5 months on Tuesday at what age do they sleep in their cot? As he’s still in his bassinet in our bedroom any advice would be fab thank you🫶🏼🫶🏼

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
