Tips on Sleeping Through The Night

Hello! FTM here! Does anyone have any tips on getting your baby/toddler to sleep through the night? I know it's normal for babies/toddlers to wake up, but my son (18 months) is waking up several times a night, and it's really hard to get him back down. I'm torn between letting him cry it out and providing comfort... any tips please and thank you 🙏

Definitely provide comfort if its a distressed cry, sometimes if its a fuss I'll just let her fuss and know im there (she's still beside our bed cause of convenience for us), if you do go to him, keep lights low, have red light if possible, at this age I've noticed if my daughter wakes its cause she's hungry or uncomfortable. I do my best to wear her out throughout the day, feed her as much as possible lol if there's no dad or no dad in the evening then you kinda have to take over the roll and rough house with them it helps them sleep so much better! I have a blessing of a 18 month old so I hope this might help....

There is a massive sleep regression at 18 months. Could be that. What's the routine? Waking often usually means it's time for a change.
