Chest sleeping

Who else’s baby sleeps on their chest at night? I am exclusively breastfeeding and this is so much easier for the both of us..

Just make sure you’re doing it safely. Think there’s instructions on how to called co sleep safe 7. Unfortunately there’s been fatal accidents due to chest sleeping and co sleep . So, it’s best to follow safe guidelines on how to co sleep.

I’m trying to wean her off by doing afternoons on her own in the cosleeper.. also thinking of doing sleep on my chest and laying her down more consistently on her own at night too..

hey there, I am aware of the safe sleep 7 and hoping she fully transitions to her own bed at some point. I am a single mama and currently this is what gets us through the nights.

I coslept with my first for over a year she slept on me\next to me the entire time

My second right now is 2mo and formula fed this time around and sometimes he’ll come in bed with us but honestly the transition with my first was such a nightmare i definitely would try to not make it a habit . My daughter was IMPOSSIBLE we had to stop breastfeeding cold turkey at 13mo so she could learn to sleep on her own

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
