If you're breastfeeding then express some milk and pop it in the bath with them ❤️ it'll clear right up!

I’m not breastfeeding anymore but I do have some in the freezer, will this work? Can I directly put some on his face?x

Yep you can! It's a bit sticky but once you rub it in it'll leave his skin so so soft. You could also make some breastmilk moisturiser with it! You can Google recipes on how to make it 🥰

My baby had it for a couple weeks. Some days worse than others but didn’t seem to bother her and did go on its own. We started bathing her an every night for a few days and I think that really helped. Used Childs farm body wash and bedtime oil too

Yeah! Mainly on her chest and face. Was hard to resist wanting to pop some of them I can’t lie but they did just go one day

In our case it took 4 weeks for it to completely go away. Daily baths helped a lot—just with water—and I also added 20–30ml of breast milk to the bath. At every feed, I put some breast milk on the worst areas too.
