Does anyone have any recommendations for a good mattress topper?

Ive been getting back pain in my mattress for a week or so now but with baby coming I can’t afford a new mattress right now. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good topper?

There’s one on TikTok shop that’s supposed to be really good, not bad for price either xx

I’ve got the bamboo memory foam topper and it is the best thing I’ve ever brought, it is sooo comfy and I now don’t get a bad back, I think the Emma ones are supposed to be great too. The Bamboo one is slightly cheaper. 😀

Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
