Nap struggle ! Always rocked to sleep ! Help

Hello mums! Struggling!!! Need help

We have always rocked our boy to sleep, and night he would feed to sleep during night wakes.
Now that he is 1.5yr old, it’s becoming very challenging to put him to rock him to sleep. And to do that during office is becoming very impossible (he does half days at nursery and will be full days from next month).

What do I doo???

His current setup has sleep machine, dark curtains.

PS: We co-sleep so he is t used to the cot.

We had this exact same situation near enough with my daughter. We were co sleeping so she fell asleep on me and also contact napped. When she went to nursery at 11mo we found that she was so tired from a full morning of activities that napping never ended up being a problem, she just did it? They do say every now and then she'll want a cuddle and then they'll transfer her but the majority of the time she's fine to just go down.

In terms of getting her to sleep in her cot overnight, me and her dad both took a week off work and just went for it. This was in January this year as I'm pregnant with #2 and just knew it wasn't going to work having 4 of us in one room. I know there are loads of different methods but we just put her in her cot and just stayed with her and held her hand through the bars. Gave her reassurance when she needed it, held her other nights and just went with the flow. Some nights were better than others and we had multiple wake ups but we just had to persevere.

this is very reassuring! Congratulations on your 2nd one xx

If you do t mind me asking, is she going full days all 5 days to the nursery?

And Does she sleep well in the cot now? Xx

She goes to nursery twice a week, with grandparents twice a week and then with me on the final day. The days she does come home from nursery she is shattered!

She settles really quickly in the cot, we give her a bottle at 8.15pm and she's asleep (typically) no later than 8.40pm. She just puts herself to sleep. Sometimes though she will wake up at 4/5am and for the sake of everyone in the house we bring her into our bed just to get a bit of extra sleep but most of her wake ups are losing a dummy or something like that xx

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
