Hi all,
My girl just turned 8 months and has been having horrible nights for weeks now. She doesn't nap for me unless I hold her which means I can't nap or get anything done. I definitely have the triple whammy of PPD/PPA/PPR so I really need the rest and breaks from constantly having to care for her. Don't get me wrong, I love her of course but with a husband that works different hours than me and no family nearby it's a lot to handle! I've been seriously considering pampers sleep coach app and wondering if anyone has used it.
TIA,
One tired and stressed mama

@Jacki it could be partly teething but we've tried tylenol, hylands nighttime tabs, and camilia to no avail so I think it's more than that

So i haven't tryed the pampers sleep coach, but I took the taking cara babies sleep classes with my second and that was the best thing I could have ever done. I am now doing all the same things with baby number 3 and he will be 9 months in 2 days and he is an amazing sleeper.

Have you taught her to fall asleep on his own?

@Colleen no that's exactly the point. I'm looking into sleep training options

It’s hard mama, I’m right there with you 😣
Honestly I don’t know what to do either because I’m scared to let my 8month old cry it out at night in fear that he’ll wake up my sleeping toddler in the other room so I’ve been comforting him every time he wakes up crying and even transferring him to our bed or laying on the floor with him. It’s so tiring and I think you should give sleep training a try if you can! Wishing you luck!🥹

I suggest reading precious little sleep book! Also, if you want I can tell you exactly what we do with ours! Our first baby never slept in a crib so I'm passionate about helping others get their babies to sleep independently if that is their goal! We did use Pampers sleep coach to help track sleep as well, higher recommend

I did the free week and it was super helpful. I didn't feel the need to continue after that.
