Have you ever peed in your car?

Saw a super divided post on instagram where a mom said “one thing I was not prepared for in motherhood was how often I’d pee in a cup in my car”.

I’m not ashamed to admit it - I have done this. I was making a long haul trip alone with a one year old while heavily pregnant, it was 11pm, they were asleep and I was in the middle of nowhere… with no good options in sight. I grabbed two diapers and put them in a grocery bag and did what I needed to do. Truly a new low for me. But yes I have done it again when absolutely necessary.

The comments on this post made this sound like the worst thing in the world and only a horribly disgusting person would do this so I’m curious have you done something similar? Would you?

When i worked delivery in a very rural area I've had to use a cup.to pee in the back of my truck bc there wasn't anywhere to go but never in my car

I did this all the time I drive trucks over the road up to 34 weeks pregnant

I keep a potty in the car for long trips with my kid and I have peed in it in a few occasions when super desperate

In a situation like yours I would. Those late pregnancy potty breaks are essential 😅 also not a bad idea to pee on some diapers lol. I have never peed in my car or outdoors since I was a child though

I’ve peed outside plenty of times pre and during pregnancy, never in a cup though

It’s liberating, if men can pee outside freely why can’t we lol

While I have never done it, in the situation you are describing, I probably would have too 🤷‍♀️ I'm not putting my life at risk to stop at some sketchy place to pee.

Diapers are versatile 😂 one time I was at swim lessons with my son and my period started (I have PCOS so I never know when it's coming) and was unprepared 🫠 so I took one of his diapers and used the little straps to hook it around my underwear like a pad until I got home 😂😂

@KayLee omg yes! I was out hiking and there was literally no bathrooms so I just walked a little off the trail and went 🤷‍♀️

lol I live for these moments🤣 like 9 times out of 10 if I’m in a situation where I would have to go out of my way to find an indoor bathroom or go outside, I’m going outside 😂😂 I keep wipes on me always

Girl no. One bump is all it takes. 😩 I’d rather pee in a bush.

I have an empty chai cup in my holder for that reason. The amount of times I’m busting when I just get somewhere or just about to leave 😵‍💫 the roads are too busy here to “pee in a bush” I live in the subs and go into city twice a week on the freeway lol there’s no “bush”

Has anyone else had issues with their friends that aren't pregnant or have kids?

I have a friend at work and we've become really close over the years. But ever since I become pregnant she just doesn't understand anything I'm going through which is fine except for the fact that the past few days I have been exhausted physically and socially. We have been helping another friend out for about a month now and we've had to keep him entertained as he's going through a rough time right now and it's drained me socially . my friend at work is frustrated because I'm not talking a lot and I'm exhausted and she doesn't understand why and I'm just curious if anybody else has had issues with friends that are not going to the same thing or have gone through the same thing as you connecting with you because she's literally mad at me. She stopped talking to me at work today and I just don't understand what to do.

Saw an interesting video and I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts on this topic!

So std rates are at an all time high as we all know. Do you think the mindset that body count doesn’t matter has contributed to the significant increase of STDs and HIV?

Secondly if someone says that body count doesn’t matter do you believe they are less likely to practice safe sex compared to people who believe in more traditional values?

31 weeks pregnant and lonely

How to deal with loneliness in pregnancy when your boyfriend goes out with his friends drinking 😅🥲 I only have three friends, two are never really free and one lives back in Liverpool and has her own set of friends where she goes to raves and goes on holiday with them lol. My boyfriend is going out soon for the night as it’s sunny and I’ll just be sat here crying like every single time! When does it stop 🤣
