Congratulating arrival of new babies
My husbands best friends wife.. who we adore have had baby twins but they are premature. It’s very sensitive atm and I haven’t congratulated them (via text) they are going through a tough time and I’m not sure if I should message and what to say without sounding considerate of what they are going through.. how do I deal with this? My husband was saying to message after a week due to a tough week they’re undergoing and he is going to visit his best friend this weekend.

Send them that text! I had both of my boys very preterm and a congratulatory text would have never offended me, it would have made me feel better. ❤️

@Rachael they live in Slough and we live in bham but I will try arrange something soon! Maybe the day my husband goes I can make some food for them
Or post them a costa gift card? Most hospitals have Costa coffee shops I think (maybe check the hospital they’re in)
