Elective c section with NHS (UK) booked for the end of the month - wanted to know what anesthetic is used?
I had an emergency c section with my first and they gave me spinal

It’s a spinal, only serious emergencies will they put you to sleep x
With my second, my elective will have the spinal. With my first, it was an emergency, and I only had the epidural at the time, and later, I was put under general anaesthesia
They have me the epidural thru the spine. Mine wasn't planned, though.
If it’s planned then it’s most likely you’ll go under spinal
