My son’s 3 & likes anything with venicles. We do Tayo, Blippi, Cory Carson, & it’s too old for him to understand but “Brain Candy TV” on YouTube has some good math learning videos.

cory carson, trash truck, Lucas the spider, dew drops, miss Rachel, blippi, rubble and crew. all netflix ones currently. we spend a lot of time outside, he also doesn't use any electronics.
We try not to watch a whole lot but when we do Sesame Street, spidey and friends, Daniel Tiger, and blippi are our go to’s! My almost 2 year old loves daniel tiger and elmo and my almost 3 year old likes spidey and blippi more, but he does like elmo alot too!
