Help

Hi all! We are going abroad with our LO, and he will be 11 months when we go. We are flying with Jet 2 and we are able to take 2 pieces of luggage; a stroller, a car seat and/or a travel cot. I obviously need to take a travel cot as we are staying in a villa which doesn’t have one. I definitely need the stroller, and a car seat???? so what on earth do I do🫠 I’m stressed lol Someone help me please!!!

Are you planning on taking taxis or hiring a car over there? I've seen that you can hire taxis and request a car seat if that would be an option for you. If all else fails, you could take your own car seat and buy a travel cot when you get there if it falls in your budget? x

@Miranda hey lovely! we’ve got a car out there so I think I’ll buy the maxi cosi nomad??? I just don’t think I can justify buying a travel cot to then leave it there after 5 days 😥😂

Good choice! That's understandable. Maybe speak with the airlines beforehand to see if you could potentially come to an arrangement with them. Otherwise, I can't think of another option. Sorry I couldn't be more help 😩

Depending on where your staying there might be strollers or travel cots you could hire nearby? Have a look online if there is a hire shop nearby the villa. If you would be comfortable taking a baby carrier until you reach your destination then hiring the stroller could be a good shout x
