We recently transitioned our daughter from her cot to toddler bed, since transitioning her she has been waking between 2/3am and getting into our bed which we do not mind at all however, she doesn’t fall straight to sleep and instead will fidget constantly for a few hours and will usually fall back to sleep around 5/6am either in our bed or back in hers.
She dropped naps last year

For my daughter I play her bedtime story meditations on Spotify. New Horizon. She falls back asleep in unser q0mins in her own bed.
We also spent nights where we stay next to her bed till she falls asleep instead of allowing he rto sleep in hours. She's now created a new habit and you need to beak it.
