tubes tied/removed during section
hiya just wondering if anyone on here has had their tubes tied/removed while having a caesarean.. any advice? what helps with pain? i have my 3rd caesarean thursday, and to be able prepared as possible..

I had my tubes removed during my section, no change to recovery (had an emergency csection previously so knew what to expect with recovery). Just keep up with paracetamol and ibuprofen like normal. I’ve found since having periods again was that I have light cramping around ovulation time but that’s the only difference I’ve had from having it done x
I had mine tied it was my first c section but 3rd baby so I don't know if recovery was any different etc but I was fully back to normal within a week and a half.
was you in hospital for more than one night?
@Charlotte I was but only because I had other complications linked to my first csection

I got the coil put in after mine. Not sure about tubes being tied though. Had no pain with the coil.
