Does it have a “when to start” section? Usually it’s only effective immediately if you start on the first day of your period. If you’re not close to that day, you can start the “active” pills anytime but you need to wait a week before sex for it to take effect. The other pills are the off week for your period.

I used to use this one!! Best one I was ever on. The last row is just sugar pills pretty much. You’ll use those when you’re on your period.
