Yeah super bad ! Bath helped a lot and if they get really bad ask for pain relief I got some dehydracodeine x
Yep, I wasn’t prepared for them being so bad! But for me they have eased up a lot now at 1 week PP

Ugh the contractions post labour. They hit me like two days later with my last one. I was on the bed on all fours almost crying. Felt like a bloody second labour 😭
