@Leslie https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport/under-16.html . His was $135 with the fees and I expedited it because I wasn’t sure how long it would take and we had to gooo lol. His passport took 2 weeks to get back to us.
It was great. We had a layover from Va to Atl. Then Atl to Aruba. I was worried about the noise and cabin pressure on the plane so we bought earmuffs that cancel the noise- probably not needed- not sure bc he slept the whole way. The airline lets you bring bottled breast milk or formula so we had some just in case he wanted more. I had heard breastfeeding when ascending or descending helps if they get fussy but my lo literally slept through everything.
Mine just came today!! I’m from the UK so we will be taking the babe back to visit family in August 🫶
