Feeling Unsure About Preschool & Speech Any Advice?

Hi mums, I’m feeling a bit unsure and could use some advice. Have you decided if your little one will be starting preschool next year or waiting until age 5? Do you think, your child is ready ? My daughter is very quick in many areas she walked early, feeds herself, is very clean eater and understands almost everything. She even started saying words quite early, but I feel like her speech hasn’t really progressed fluently since then. She often talks on her tongue, and seems quite shy when it comes to using full words or sentences. The nursery teachers say she’s doing well, but I still worry sometimes. I’ve thought about looking into speech therapy, not because I think something’s wrong, but because I’d rather be proactive than regret not addressing something earlier. At the same time, I remind myself that I didn’t speak fully until I was around 3.5–4, and my cousin didn’t talk until he was 5, now he’s top of his class and doing amazing! Still, it’s hard not to compare, even though I know every child develops in their own time. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did you wait a bit longer or go ahead with preschool?
