@Flo My son doesn't like walk while holding his hands, I don't know what to do I'm so worried
Try not to worry they all learn in their own way at their own pace 12-18 months is the normal range to start walking if they were walking already it's early no rush
@Flo thank you for that dear đź’–
It’s completely normal for a 13 month old to not be able to walk yet. He’ll do it when he’s ready ! Try not to worry
Mine just randomly started to walk
@Gemma yeah I said the same to my family and they are pressuring me you have to teach him to walk otherwise they don't. That's why I wanted to confirm with other mommas
@Helen that's really good
Tell them to mind their own business ! That’s awful ,they’re just babies. He might just not be ready and that’s okay, trying to make him do something he isn’t ready to do may just do more harm than good. You’ve got this and you know best , drown out the noise x
@Gemma thanks dear that's reassuring ❤️
I honestly wasn't expecting her to walk when she did. I was around my nans and she just let go of the sofa and came to me. But my daughter has always been in a rush to do everything. She was trying her hardest to crawl at 3 months and was very annoyed she couldn't. I had a very frustrated baby until she figured it out at 7 months.
@Helen awh bless her ❤️
They do it when they’re ready. My first was always in a rush to do things and she took her first steps just before she turned 1. I think a lot of it is temperament. My second is much more chilled and she’s not walking yet, even though they both started crawling at the same age
@Catherine thanks for sharing your experience dear

We're just doing lots of practice with his walker and walking holding his hands, also stand him with his back to the sofa to play with toys that seems to be helping his balance he's done 1 step from that position a couple of times now but not yet walking
