Self sooth?
Does anyone know if this is like a self sooth or something else? My daughter is 6 months next week and she is constantly doing this with her legs at night time before she goes to sleep.

She only started doing it a few days ago so a new thing she’s doing haha xx
My 5 month old does this too! Pretty much since birth. She throws her legs down that hard it rocks her next to me up and down 🤣 I've read it's a self soothe/settle thing

I can’t see what she is doing in that video but if it is banging them up and down then mine often does that too!
