Did you use a compression band/garment on your abdomen after c section?

And was it helpful in terms of having something holding you in when coughing / sneezing etc? And did it help with managing the pain? Or not worth it? Thanks

I have 2 sized fajas packed, and the momfrida abdominal binder

Yes ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!💯

I used the hospital one and Frida one for 3 weeks. Then I bought body shape underwear and felt better with my clothes. I still use the belly binder to sleep.

Yes! Do it you won’t regret it it can be painful at first when you put it on but then it helps with pain relief and it helped my belly get back in shape so it doesn’t really sag at all I 100% recommend 😊

Absolutely use one it helps so much with moving around, our house has stairs and going up and down was horrible without the binder. I wore it for a long time.

Do any of you recommend any or is the hospital one good? I didn’t realise they gave you this!

Yes. It went wherever I went. Very helpful. Especially during bumpy car rides or coughing and laughing.

I really only used mine for long walks because of the back support, but I think it was helpful to have.

Got a belly binder while in the hospital after my first C-section wore it almost a whole year and gonna do the same this time around but might get a trainer after I’m healed up to be more comfortable

Yes! To all that.
