Yeah thats true, i think he prefers to army crawl tbh he flies round like that, but sometimes just gets frustrated and im not sure how to help him convert from one to the other its like he has no interest in being on all 4s, thankyou! X
I have seen tips elsewhere that when they're on their back you can hold their knees and encourage them to push on them to get the feeling. My boy is crawling on one knee and one foot like a scuttling crab 🤷🏻♀️
When I was trying to get my daughter to crawl I used a towel and I would put my hand behind her foot and have her push off. I would also move her arms to help her. She’s been crawling for a while now and can pull to stand. She can also stand without holding anything for like 2 seconds
Give him time. My daughter started doing this it at 4 months then a few weeks later she’s able to go on all 4s. She didn’t start crawling until 6 months. He’ll get there
My baby is nearly 9 months and he’s only just started the army crawling .. I hold the top half of his body up to encourage him to scrunch up his legs .. they will do it when they are ready xx
